Where Awareness Becomes Change
At some point, many of us begin to feel disconnected from ourselves.
You might have spent years becoming who you thought you needed to be: learning how to adapt, how to fit in and how to keep moving forward, often without realising how much of yourself you have left behind. You may find yourself questioning what you truly want or who you truly are, struggling to understand why things that seem manageable for others feel so difficult. Those things that once brought you meaning and joy now seem distant or unachievable, like they belong to someone else's life. You are tired of trying so hard, yet you feel unsure how to move forward when the life you have created no longer feels right.
This can be a painful place to be because, deep down, there is often a sense that something important has been lost along the way.
Together, we explore what has shaped your experiences, bringing greater awareness to the ways you have learned to navigate life and relationships, allowing space for a deeper understanding of yourself. From there, change and healing often become less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with what feels true to you, so you can continue growing in ways that feel purposeful and aligned with who you are.
Helping You Find Your Way Back to Yourself
CURIOSITY, AUTHENTICITY AND GROWTH
I too have experienced firsthand the power of being listened to with empathy and without judgement. Only when we feel safe to be ourselves, it is possible for us to return home to our inner Truth – our innate wisdom. That understanding is what inspired me to become a counsellor and continues to shape how I show up in the counselling room today.
"I look capable on the outside, but inside I feel overwhelmed."
"I am not sure what I truly want anymore."
"Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with myself."
"I want to feel more comfortable being who I am."
"I find myself repeating patterns I don’t fully understand."
"I feel like there is more to me than the life I am currently living."
If any of these experiences feel familiar, counselling can help you make sense of them with greater clarity and support you in moving forward.

What sessions with me feel like
1.
Getting to know you
Our first sessions are about understanding what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain from it. There is no pressure to share everything at once - we will work at your own pace, prioritising your feelings of safety and respecting your own process and journey.
2.
Building Awareness
As we spend more time working together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected. You can expect a space that supports reflection and self-discovery, which might help you experience moments of realisation and come up with perspectives you may not have considered before.
3.
Authentic Growth
As your understanding grows, so does your capacity to trust yourself and make choices that feel more authentic and true to you. This creates the opportunity to move forward as a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.
Fees
I operate on a tiered fee structure for both online and in-person sessions. I use an equity-based sliding scale so that therapy remains accessible to a wider range of people:
£40 – Concessionary rate (students, low income, benefits)
